VMware, Vshpere, VRA, Client hardware, Windows Experience in private cloud computing and Data Center virtualization using VMware (ESXi, vCenter, vCloud, vRealize, NSX, VDI)Hybrid cloud deployment/ vmware migration to cloud, should be hands on VSAN, VSR, NSX, HCX, (Public cloud), Vsphere replication (HCX is not a single product, but a combination of multiple VMware products which will be available is a single solution.)
Good Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESX/ESXi Server/Host environment.
Must have hands on experience with vCenter administration and establishing single pane of glass for all VMware ops, spanning several subnets, and hundreds of VMs
Server consolidation experience with accurate sizing, planning migrations, optimizing resource utilization. Required skills e.g. P2V, V2V, vMotion etc. Excellent understanding of ESXi network connectivity and the aspects related to vSwitch, vDS, Port Groups, VLAN tagging, NIC teaming etc.
High degree of proficiency related to storage opertaions in VMware is mandatory
Ability to administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS) attached to VMware Environments
Hand on and Real Time experience in Update Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the existing Private cloud environment with 4000+ VM servers and 1000+ physical servers. Should participate in day to day troubleshooting activities. Work with team with solve day to day activities. Help customer for all the new project activities as technical SME
