Summary The Vice President of Program Management will establish and lead Commerce's Digital Program Management Office (PMO) - driving governance, execution, and delivery excellence across all digital transformation initiatives.This leader ensures that the digital roadmap is executed with clarity, discipline, and measurable outcomes. As the operational engine of the Commerce organization, the VP of Program Management connects strategy to execution, providing visibility, alignment, and accountability across teams to deliver on the company's $1B digital growth ambition.

This position will support our Technology Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the Digital Commerce PMO, defining processes, tools, and governance frameworks for program delivery.
  • Manage and track the execution of the digital roadmap in partnership with Product, SP&A, and Technology.
  • Lead governance cadence - including T-Map tracking, Scorecard reviews, and Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs).
  • Oversee program reporting, milestone tracking, risk management, and dependency resolution.
  • Partner with SP&A and Finance to link program delivery to business results and investment returns.
  • Enable executive transparency with dashboards, KPI updates, and benefits realization reporting.
  • Champion agile delivery practices to improve speed-to-market and collaboration.
  • Lead change management, communication, and stakeholder alignment across all digital initiatives.
  • Build and develop a team responsible for program execution and operational excellence.

Education & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in program management, digital transformation, or enterprise PMO leadership.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in digital, retail, or service-based organizations.
  • Deep understanding of agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong record driving enterprise alignment, governance, and delivery excellence.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into operational execution and measurable results.
  • Experience partnering with Finance and Product teams to ensure ROI delivery.
