• CEO Rob Roy we believe in revolutionary innovation operational excellence and the principle of karma Switch is where talented people come together to EVOLVE the digital world We believe that innovation isnt just about technologyits about the people culture and purpose that make it happen Every Switch team member contributes to a mission greater than themselves to create the worlds most advanced digital infrastructure that powers the progress of humanity The Role Warehouse OperatorAs a Warehouse Operator at Switch you will keep parts and materials accurate organized and ready for Reno operations You will receive stock count issue deliver return and ship inventory and non inventory items You will research inventory differences maintain JD Edwards records and support warehouse priorities with limited day to day direction This on site role includes local driving forklift work trailer towing and physical warehouse work This role has no supervisory responsibilities What Youll DoMaintain accurate inventory balances item records and transaction data in JD EdwardsRun daily cycle counts by preparing count sheets completing counts researching variances and documenting correctionsReceive unload inspect label and stock incoming materialsResolve incomplete or inconsistent shipments with Procurement and vendorsPick issue and deliver requested items and process customer and internal equipment returnsCreate and maintain work orders and purchase requisitions including part issues returns and work order closeoutPrepare document and load outbound shipments through FedEx UPS and other carriersComplete inventory searches and material requests for internal teams and vendorsKeep the warehouse clean safe and organized including recycling and routine waste handlingComplete local pickups drop offs vehicle service trips and trailer towing up to 20 feetOperate a forklift after certification and help move or install warehouse racks and fencingSuggest and help test practical improvements to warehouse and inventory processesWhat Were Looking ForYou follow safety rules and established warehouse and inventory proceduresYou keep accurate records and catch details that could affect inventory accuracyYou investigate problems explain what you found and recommend practical next stepsYou communicate clearly about status delays risks and urgent needsYou organize competing requests and follow through with limited day to day directionYou support teammates across departments and contribute where the work is neededWhat Youll BringRequired High school diploma or equivalentWorking knowledge of inventory control including cycle counts stock transactions variance reconciliation and related financial impactsAbility to enter and review accurate item and transaction data in an inventory systemWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Word and ExcelValid drivers license safe driving record and ability to tow a trailer up to 20 feetAbility to obtain and maintain Switch forklift certificationAbility to sit stand walk bend use your hands and work with computer and warehouse equipmentAbility to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to wear required PPE and uniform while working in the warehousePreferred Previous inventory or warehouse experienceExperience with JD EdwardsCurrent forklift certificationWe encourage you to apply if you meet the core requirements even if you do not have every preferred qualification Why SwitchA Culture of Karma We are self motivated by karma ensuring our actions contribute to a positive supportive and forward thinking environmentIndustry Leading Designs Work with the most advanced data center technology on the planet and be a part of emerging technology developmentFlexibility &
