We're looking for full-stack, back-end, and/or front-end developers who:
- Have a proven track record building high quality web applications
- Have practical experience with at least one dynamic server-side language and/or experience with at least one JavaScript framework (we use Python and AngularJS)
- Work well in a collaborative environment where team members support one another, learn from each other, and work together to find solutions
- Believe in writing readable, well-organized, and documented code that still makes sense 6 months later
- Are self-motivated, and get things done without direct supervision
Our web developers
- Develop features and solutions in an Agile environment
- Participate in planning and design with the engineering team, UX designer, QA, and product owners
- Review code from other team members.
- Continually improve quality and test coverage of the code base through test automation.
