• Please share profiles hands on experience on group policies and Powershell

Experienced resource who knows the architectures for remote Power Shell execution in Windows to create a remote execution framework for Windows

Migrate batch components to AWS.

Basic knowledge of AWS person would need to be able to lead the project from start to finish
