About Position: We are pleased to announce a pivotal opportunity that will shape Persistent’s AI-enabled, future-ready workforce: Workforce Transformation Manager – Talent Supply Chain.
This leadership role is instrumental in aligning workforce capabilities with evolving business imperatives and technological advancements.
Leader, you will: Architect long-term workforce strategies using AI-powered insights to drive build vs. buy decisions and talent optimization
Spearhead enterprise-wide AI readiness by designing scalable learning ecosystems in collaboration with Delivery and L&D teams
Co-develop precision upskilling programs leveraging data-driven personalization for both core and specialized competencies
Lead program execution with a focus on continuous improvement through advanced analytics and performance metrics
Partner with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learnings and Delivery teams to redefine demand planning and streamline skill taxonomies using intelligent frameworks
Deliver strategic workforce intelligence and dashboards to senior leadership for informed decision-making
