Yard Support

Parish Tractor is looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team in Robertsdale, AL as Yard Support.

The Yard Support position is responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dealership's outdoor lot and shop areas, assisting with equipment movement, unloading deliveries, and supporting the service team with basic tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and maintain the outdoor equipment lot and display areas

Receive and unload equipment shipments

Move tractors, mowers, and attachments safely throughout the property

Perform basic setup of equipment for display or delivery

Wash and detail tractors and utility vehicles as needed

Assist the rental department with tasks such as staging equipment, transporting parts, or cleaning workspaces

Monitor and maintain yard cleanliness and organization

Perform occasional local pickups or deliveries using company vehicle

Qualifications

Ability to operate tractors and outdoor power equipment safely (training provided)

Forklift experience a plus

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Basic mechanical aptitude helpful

Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
