I've supervised staff, managed grants end to end, and built the systems that keep a growing organization running smoothly.

I'm comfortable serving as the connective tissue between a leader's vision and the people doing the work: setting clear expectations, holding teams accountable, and stepping in wherever something needs to move forward. With a master's in marriage and family therapy, I lead with a people-first approach, and I use data to guide decisions rather than just report on them.
