SR. PERMIT COORDINATOR - SUNRUN

Organize and maintain permit pipelines, and escalate process issues as necessary
Contact cities and counties for application process, costs, status updates, and to confirm project jurisdiction
Ensure that submissions take place and all AHJ requests are responded to and/or actioned within 24-48 hours
Prepare routes for permit pickups as needed, submit and upload permits, perform AHJ research, and other necessary project tasks
Complete permit applications, print project plans per AHJ and SOW requirements, submit plans electronically, prepare project documentation for construction teams
Work with jurisdictions and Design Engineering teams to fully understand, communicate, and resolve AHJ corrections
Engage in weekly team meetings
Coordinate payment and reimbursement of permit fees according to company guidelines and ensure all checks are recorded accurately
Manage expense reports and meet the monthly deadline for expenses to be submitted
Organize and maintain customer projects
Perform other duties as assigned

ROUTE DRIVER - FEDEX

(2021-10 - 2023-01)

Delivery and pick up of packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, but expectations are a driver will routinely perform up to 50 stops a day
Perform daily inspection of vehicle including checking fluid levels
Loading vehicle for deliveries and organizing daily loads
Work independently and as part of a team
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with manager
Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process
Accurate disposition of package delivery and pickups is a must and critical to our integrity. Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
