I went to school for business in 2008, found a summer job as a cook and decided to make a career of it. I started in a breakfast restaurant, moved to a tavern, then gastropub before finding my way into fine dining. I cooked in French restaurants for 5 years in the Hartford area, including “Harlan Brasserie” in the Goodwin Hotel.
