Manager, attention to detail resulted in zero replans of 20 cruise missile scenarios cementing Tomahawk certification. Completed over 800 maintenance checks as both Damage Control Petty Officer (DCPO) and Duty Armorer, ensuring the highest condition of material and equipment readiness. Safely directed onload of 60 missiles with zero personnel or equipment mishaps.

As Ammo

Handler, vigilantly confirmed all ordnance during the initial ammo onload evolution was ready for safe and efficient transport onto the ship, allowing USS William P. Lawrence to assume duties as ready duty ship and prepare for the Basic Phase. As a primary Tomahawk technician, contributed over 120 man-hours in support of TTWCS testing.

Corrected two UPS casualties and brought TTWCS out of inactive equipment maintenance (IEM), maintaining 100% readiness for Tomahawk tasking. Spent 40 hours assisting and troubleshooting the GCCS-M system which led to the successful completion of the GCCS-M testing, helping maintain operational readiness of the ship. Volunteered to go to the USS John C.

Stennis during 3rd fleet/7th fleet deployment.

As Watch

Officer and Status Board Operator, played an integral role ensuring a successful military operation. During ship preservation, led 3 sailors in the preservation of all Weapons Department spaces, along with number 3 and 4 refueling stations saving the command more than $7,500.

As Morale Welfare

Recreation (MWR) Secretary, dedicated 25 hours to MWR fundraising, totaling over $5K funds. Coordinated and planned two command picnics and a holiday party for 250 Sailors and their families, dramatically increasing crew morale. As divisional MWR Representative, assisted in the planning, coordination, and successful execution of the 2016, 2017, and 2018 Command Holiday Party and four lunch sales, raising $350 for the MWR committee and greatly improving command morale.

Tomahawk Work Center Supervisor at United States Navy (2019-01 – 2021-12)

Led a whole division in the completion of all Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS), Naval Fire Control System (NFCS), and Vertical Launching System (VLS) pre-deployment checks. In a manpower restrictive COVID environment, supervised 4 sailors in completion of 400 checks ensuring 100% TTWCS operability. Spearheaded the repair of 4 toxic vent dampers, saving the Navy $15K in repair parts and technical assistance.

As the primary Tomahawk missile engagement manager, led the STRIKE team in 25 simulated cruise missile exercises, earning the title, "3rd Fleet Tomahawk Shooter of the Quarter "Q4 FY20".

As Strike

Warfare training team lead, provided 40 hours of combat systems training resulting in 2 NFCS operator qualifications and Naval Surface Fire Support certification for a 4th Fleet deployment. Administered 5 hours of Strike Warfare training and 6 Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist (ESWS) boards qualifying 25 Sailors. As work center supervisor, led 3 technicians in 150 hours of corrective maintenance, fixing 4 TTWCS hardware faults, maintaining 100% Strike Warfare system operability and lethality.

Provided 50 man-hours of training, qualifying 2 Strike Warfare watch standers.

Manager, executed 803 simulated launches over 40 Cruise Missile scenarios, resulting in the ship's top performance during the 7th Fleet deployment with an average score of 98.3%.

US Navy Recruiter at United States Navy (2021-01 – 2023-12)

Proficiently logged and planned weekly schedules utilizing Salesforce. Cold called over 70,000 potential US Navy applicants. Administered over 30 power point presentations across 4 schools with the attempt to persuade the student to enlist into the US Navy.

Drove over 7,000 miles over tenure shuttling applicants to Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) in Los Angeles to handle official military business. Enlisted over 30 applicants into the US Navy to include enlisting 6 in one month and being awarded recruiter of the month across the whole Los Angeles Division. Assisted and help lead over 100 physical fitness sessions to ensure proper fitness readiness before enlisting into the US Navy.
