Experience
Proven engineering professional with a good amount of experience in integrating Controls Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Environmental Engineering initiatives for development of manufacturing systems that adhere to world class standards for quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
Extensive experience with developing process controls to support fast-paced, build to order, short lead time production environments.
Servant leader in mentoring of maintenance teams to promote individual and team development including troubleshooting of industrial controls up through basic controls programming / configuration skills.
Management of capacity increase project for door panel production line, including a $200K capital investment and retrofit of distributed I/O controls
Education
Bachelor degree in electrical and electronic engineering
