Hello! My name is Abbie Jackson and I am a student-athlete on the soccer team at the University of Redlands. I am a Health, Medicine and Society major with a minor in Psychology. I am passionate about healthcare and helping people, which is why I plan on attending Physician Assistant school post-grad.
I have had some experience working in the healthcare field through my shadowing experience at the Inland Neurosurgery Institute in Pomona, California. In this role, I was able to observe the daily functions of both a P.A. and a Neurosurgeon in their clinic. This included analyzing MRIs, performing exams, and assessing pre and post surgical conditions.
I am currently a rising senior at University of Redlands, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health, Medicine and Society.
