Owned the UX design of a job costing and profitability feature end-to-end across web and mobile, restructuring how parts, services, and expenses were tracked and designing a full labor cost model with labor codes, types, and timelog-driven costs. Created data visualizations that helped businesses see true per-job profit for the first time.
Designed an AI-powered inventory scanning workflow using OCR to extract line items from purchase orders, match them to inventory, and surface a recommended next action. Applied interaction design for AI through an accessible review-and-correct experience that let technicians validate machine-generated matches rather than trust them blindly, cutting manual data entry on mobile.
Led user research and discovery for a self-service Proposal Layout Builder, mapping a multi-team handoff process and designing a modular, page-based information architecture that let customers customize proposals independently of internal teams.

Designed a unified customer management platform serving both small-business and enterprise users on one shared foundation, using a dual-view model with a simple list view and an advanced group and segmentation view to keep the experience approachable for core users while supporting power-user complexity. Applied information architecture and visual design to clarify dense customer data and workflows.
Shipped app designs across web and mobile, including iOS, Android, and tablet experiences spanning the customer, activity, settings, and profile areas.
Ran user interviews and usability testing, translating findings directly into workflow and UI decisions; contributed reusable components and patterns in Figma to Setmore's emerging design system.

Freelance Product Designer - Fintech (concurrent) - Debt-Restructuring Platform

Sole UX designer partnering directly with the product owner to digitize a paper-and-spreadsheet debt-restructuring business, including a high-stakes financial workflow with no room for user error.
Designed both sides end-to-end and shipped to production: an accessible admin platform for uploading and assigning debt accounts and preparing settlements, and a customer portal for settlement options, credit-impact guidance, transaction history, and direct payment.
