- Responsible to prepare Design statement plan (DSP) for the design Project file. The DSP shall identify the principle design activity.
- Collect all information about design and documented in the design Project file. Also prepare design information master index and shall Update it on daily basis after meeting concern department.
- Responsible to provide program to Engraving ,Sampling and Printing Department priority wise. Prepare the meeting minutes and shall circulate to all participants.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirement and objectives.
- Keep sample as a record and stamp the design after approval from Customer. Follow up the designs in the sampling and production department.
- Meeting with marketing department as per the processing or sampling Point of view. And done production plane & priority as per customer requirement.
- Manage all activities related to the timely dispatch of the strike off and pre-production Sample to customer.
- Provide Production standard to printing department for bulk production and meeting with processing & PPC on daily basis about production planning.
- Preparation of work schedule, Implementation, supervision of projects. And submission of weekly, monthly monitoring and progress reports to Program Manager.
