At the springs it was my job to sow, cultivate and take care of over 300 varieties of plant life! I watched over our greenhouse which encases the main pool at the hot springs and was also responsible for the management and execution of any landscaping/design needed on our half acre of historical land. My skills included insect control, maintaining temperature/humidity in a greenhouse, landscape design, interior plant design, floral design and customer service.

As well as hiring, interviewing, conducting employee reviews, writing department budgets and documenting all policies and procedures needed to run the department.

Lead Budtender - Lightshade Dispensary - Denver, CO

I started at Lightshade as a front desk/receptionist and stayed in that position for roughly six months. I quickly learned store product and the legalities and inner workings of a dispensary. I got the chance to improve my sales skills while bud tending in a fast paced environment, and show my customer service abilities at the same time.

• Responsible for deep cleaning the lobby, bathrooms, bud room and breakroom
• Contributed new ideas to improve the store and how it operates, including designing displays throughout the store
• In charge of my own drawer working with $10,000 + per day, handling deposits and computer work

Dairy/frozen/meat sales associate - Target - Littleton, CO

This was a short seasonal job where I was responsible for stocking, cleaning, and maintaining great customer service in the dairy, frozen, meat, bakery, and deli departments of Target. Facing the product and coming up with new ideas on how to display it.

I was first hired on as a prepared foods team member. In that department I was in charge of completing lists of tasks for the day, cleaning/maintenance, registers, computers, outstanding customer service, working as a team member but also being in charge when needed. I also was in charge of training new employees and showing them the ropes.

The highest level of customer service was a necessity as this store. After about a year working in Prepared Foods I transferred over to Bakery. I enjoyed this department a lot. Over there I was in charge of all the duties listed above, adding to that working the coffee bar and Cafe.

Attention to detail was a must here as we decorated cakes and did tons of custom orders. I worked with impeccable customer service with all of our clients and helped them through difficult situations when something wasn't correct.

I started out as a beginner level salad artist and worked my way up to a shift lead position.
