I am a confident IT Leader and Professional with over 20 years of real-world experience and formal education in a variety of subjects and technologies. I have proven management and leadership skills that have aided many teams to rise to their full potential. My strong organizational practices combined with analytical thinking have served to provide leadership and project management to my teams.

I have strong communication skills and the experience to know what method of communication is appropriate for all situations. My sense of leadership is built on teamwork, trust, and representing my employees for them to receive the credit for work well done or for me to take the responsibility to resolve issues or situations that arise.

I have a combination of academic and real world IT experience that encompasses technologies including MDM, encryption, server administration in both cloud and bare metal, and developed applications inside of both environments. I have managed teams of 2 to multiply division global teams with a shared mission.
