For the past ten years I have owned Tried and True Physio, an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic.

Before that I owned another workers compensation clinic in San Diego.

I have experience in sports rehab, chronic pain, evidence based practice, home health, acute, skilled nursing, TCU and am a run coach.

My passion is providing one to one healthcare to my patients and assuring they are treated like humans instead of income.

I use graded exposure, progressive overload and education to create healthy patients that have self-efficacy.

I truly believe the best practice is developed from the best evidence.

I understand the bps model of pain science and can teach it.

My current success rate is well over 98 percent of all patients get better.

I can keep the team motivated, manage and promote strengths while improving skills for all employees.

22 years of experience in physical therapy and over 18 years of ownership.

Other than pediatrics, I have years of experience in all types of physical therapy.

I have a master's in PT but never stop reading and learning from my fellow PTs and my own constant reading of articles that encompass all aspects of human health.

Grad school: Notre Dame College. Manchester NH graduated 2002.
