Adam M.

My name is Adam McGovern and I am a SFA student working towards a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Accounting. I have experience as a poll election worker and a movie theater usher. I have been know to learn quickly, be very detail-oriented and get along with most people i work with.

I have worked two different jobs

• The first was as an election poll worker for a month in 2020. I signed people in, verified their ID, and assisted in completing the necessary paperwork.
• The second was as an Usher/Server at a B&B Theatre’s. I worked there during the Summer of 2021-22. I took tickets, provided info to guests regarding movie and concession offerings, kept the lobby clean, and would bring out food orders from the kitchen.

I am a Senior by hours at Stephen F. Austin State University, working towards a bachelors and a masters degree in Accounting.
