I am a senior at Morehead State University in the social work program currently. I have been working in behavioral health and substance use since 2021, primarily in compliance, coding, and billing. I have substantial experience in handling prepayment reviews, overpayment, and chart audits for multiple agencies. I live in Prestonsburg, KY.
I am highly proficient in general computer skills, especially Microsoft Office programs. I'm also well-versed in multiple EMRs/EHR and Billing software. I have approximately 3 years experience in working behavioral health claims, working from the front end coding, exporting, working initial claims, denials, applying payments, and working payment disputes.
