I provide comprehensive school health nursing services to school-age children in the areas of health promotion and disease prevention while also safeguarding their integrity and recognizing their right to make their own decisions.
I also utilize available technology, School Health Management to assist the Manager of Quality and Data Analysis to orient and provide training, documentation of competency, and oversee the practice of RNs, LPNs, Health Technicians, and Nursing Assistants.
Examination of the IT needs of a health care organization, inclusive of patient access services, ambulatory care, clinical and nursing practice.
Health care data, privacy and security issues from a legal, ethical, and social perspective.
