I am writing to express my interest in a Boiler Operator, Plant Operator, Utility Operator, or industrial operations position with your company. I currently work for Unicorr Packaging Group in Marlborough, Massachusetts, where I support boiler operations, starch-based adhesive production, wastewater processing, equipment monitoring, and general plant operations. In my current role, I operate and monitor industrial boiler systems and prepare starch-based adhesive used in the packaging production process.
My responsibilities include working with mixing tanks, transferring finished adhesive to storage tanks, monitoring equipment, maintaining clean and organized work areas, performing routine inspections, and helping support safe and continuous production. This experience has strengthened my knowledge of industrial processes, mechanical equipment, preventative maintenance, and workplace safety. Before joining Unicorr Packaging Group, I worked in plant operations at NRG, where I gained additional experience around boiler and utility systems in a power-generation environment.
I supported equipment monitoring and routine operational tasks while following strict safety procedures. Together, these positions have given me hands-on experience in both manufacturing and power-generation settings. I also hold a Massachusetts 2nd Fireman Preparatory License and am motivated to continue developing my career in boiler operations and industrial plant work.
