Working at the European Bakery, I worked a little on cake decorating and pastry, but my main focus was baking breakfast pastries in the morning and mixing the frostings and batters, breads, doughs, and things like that.

Cook at Sodexo (2022-06 – 2024-04)

I joined Sodexo at MECA&D, and have learned every station there. From salad bar to hot line, I've spent time bouncing between various stations to ensure students feel comfortable and content with their dining choices. During my first employment with Sodexo, I worked making desserts and making breakfast solo for about 100 students.

Cake Decorator at Lowes Foods (2021-06 – 2021-08)

As my first cake decorating job, I really learned a lot just in the few months I worked at Lowes Foods. I worked with Kaitlyn, the lead Cake Decorator there, who taught me a lot. Attached to this resume will be a little portfolio of the cakes I did that I'm most proud of. As part of working at Lowes Foods, I did a timed test and completed 144 cupcakes in 17 minutes and 40 seconds.

Replenishment Team Member at Michaels (2020-11 – 2021-02)

At Michaels, I've learned more inventory-based retail experience. Counting stock, what's missing, what we need more of, unloading truck, the whole nine yards. It was a really enjoyable job.

Bookseller at Barnes & Noble (2018-09 – 2019-07)

Here I learned more retail-oriented skills. I learned most parts of the store, receiving & shipping being my favorite.

• I worked in the early morning, shelving books until we opened, and helping customers find the books they needed while helping on the register when we got busy.
