I have 30 years in the banquet/catering industry for resorts. I know how to run and organize any type of event from small to large, working with my team and have everything run smoothly. I always make sure to have good communication with other department from kitchen to set up, security and management for anything that is needed to accommodate guests/ clients needs.
I adapt to my work environment fairly quickly and I’m able to work in any atmosphere. I’m responsible, punctual and do great with team work. Being in this industry for many years has taught me the ins and outs of everything needed to organize any type of event.
I’m also always open to learn new things as they develop.
