 HCA Florida Trinity Hospital Summer 2024, 56 hours

• Volunteer at the front desk and provide patient assistance, offering important information for patients and guests.
• Making sure all guests are identified and safe to visit patients and other areas of the hospital to ensure the security and protection of the hospital’s members. 

• Volunteer at the front desk and as a discharge coordinator in the evenings 
• Interact with patients from a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds and I was able to communicate in Spanish with some patients.

Bob Sierra YMCA, Tampa, Volunteer Head Coach Summer 2024, 95 hours

• Coached 12–13-year-old basketball team with weekly practices and games. 
• Made a positive impact on the players and developed confidence and ball handling skills in the young men.
