I am looking for a new opportunity in my career to be able to use my leadership skills and abilities. I am a HR professional with 15 years of experience, having had the chance to work in every aspect of HR throughout my career. I am open to on-site, remote or hybrid positions.
During my career, I have held many titles in HR. Essentially they all mean the same and provide the ability to be able to meet the needs of our internal customers through human relationships. Finding the best people for the open positions and training them to do the best at their job and providing opportunities for growth.
It also means protecting the company and keeping it within legal compliance and finding the balance between the employees and the company.
Human Resources is also the department that provides morale events and help through benefit processes.
Human Resources means being the go-to-department for the employees.
