By using databases, sale-force, excel, word Microsoft for data collecting.

Also worked with low-income neighborhoods with diverse communities for any help they needed.

At college time helped other students on the FAFSA application, support them on how to make registration and schedule.

Tutoring school age, infant, preschool age, and kindergarten. Worked with a multicultural family. Helping the teacher in creating a curriculum for the class, planning any program that was needed for the classroom activities and communicating with families about their children's development.

Currently working in the emergency department. As a Psychiatric Associate the responsibility are to delivery of patient care, and promotion of a therapeutic environment as delegated by and under the supervision of the RN so that the goals and objectives of treatment are achieved on each unit as assigned.

• Conducts safety checks of patients through visual observation and documentation. Conducts room, belonging and unit searches. Responds and participates in de-escalation of patient including physical intervention as trained. Actively participates in milieu management with treatment team collaboration with social worker, therapist, nurse psychiatric and doctors.
