I have worked on different EWM functional areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes, RF Framework, Slotting & Rearrangement, Physical Inventory, Warehouse Order Creation Rules, and Exception Handling.

I also have good exposure to integration with MM, SD, TM, and PP, especially in areas like inbound deliveries, outbound deliveries, ASN processing, staging, and GR/PGI processes.

End-to-end issue resolution for production support (high-priority incidents, debugging logs, qRFC queue blocks, CIF issues, and master data mismatches)

Configuration activities such as storage types, WOCRs, strategies, packaging specs, HU types, and serial number profiles

Functional testing, UAT support, and cutover activities

Coordination with business users, ABAP team, BASIS, and cross-functional teams

Documentation: FS, test scripts, KT documents, and SOPs
