- Elected as president by a 10-15 member troupe for 4 consecutive semesters, representing the troupe to outside interest and prioritizing a mission of DEI principles through auditions, casting, and content.
- Oversaw logistical aspects of 11 live shows, including scheduling and agendas, providing support for treasury, directing video production, and creating live technical cue documents.
- Nurtured a safe environment for Emerson College's only female/nonbinary-centric sketch comedy troupe, encouraging collaboration and upholding strict policies regarding biases, discrimination, and respect.
- Accepted into multiple comedy festivals, notably the National College Comedy Festival 2 years in a row.
Executive Producer at Comics of Color (Live Comedy Showcase), Emerson College (2023 – 2024)
- Played a pivotal role in pioneering Emerson College's first-ever all-POC comedy showcase and solidifying its presence at the school's annual comedy festival, UPROAR (previously known as ComEx), which garnered audiences of 200+.
- Directed logistical aspects of the show, including tech rehearsals, hiring and auditions, communication with the Comedic Arts department, and promotional content.
- Oversaw a team of up to 17 creatives, managing schedules and rehearsal spaces, and green-lighting content, costumes, props, and technical needs.
- Started as a performer, and worked up to Head Writer and Executive Producer, maintaining these roles for 3 consecutive semesters.

- Coordinated talents' schedules for rehearsals, photoshoots, and prop and costume meetings.
- Directed story structure and character realization through meetings with writers and actors to develop a fine tuned comedy short.
