I'm a project-savvy operations professional who designs scalable systems, leads cross-functionally, and is the trusted “go-to” for getting things done…and getting them done right.
I launched my career in San Marcos, helping open a 750+ bed residential complex and getting a crash course in customer-facing project delivery during a construction delay. Later, I joined Hill Country Event Staffing to help build the company’s internal infrastructure. I led core business operations across onboarding, workforce scheduling, systems integration, and financial tracking.
The result: higher staff retention, streamlined admin workload, and a 47% revenue increase.
I went on to join the Global Workplace Strategy team at Whole Foods, where I coordinated a $1.5M office remodel and led a zero-downtime remote transition for 44 executives and employees during COVID. I created a SharePoint site for 15,000+ documents that improved access, visibility, and collaboration across 6 teams. Over time, I delivered workplace and operational wins that increased efficiency, automated workflows (saving 32hr/month), and contributed to the successful rollout of a $13M enterprise platform.
Currently, I support Global Information Systems operations, including building performance dashboards, managing documentation and reporting, and translating needs between business and engineering teams. Whether it’s coordinating people and processes, leading system implementations, or partnering with stakeholders, I’m committed to making work better for everyone.
Outside of work, I’m always learning how to build things that are both beautiful and functional. I’ve created social media content for small businesses, taken courses to bridge my skills and purpose, and trained my husky to use talking buttons—which is both humbling and hilarious.
