Alecia Hollister brings over 15 years of diverse nursing experience across acute, psychiatric, palliative, and rehabilitative care settings, with a strong focus on serving veterans. She has held leadership roles as a charge nurse, team leader, and preceptor at the VA San Diego Healthcare System and the Naval Medical Center Balboa Hospital, where she guided clinical teams in high-acuity mental health and palliative environments. Her background includes expertise in managing complex psychiatric conditions, end-of-life care, spinal cord injury rehabilitation, and special procedure support involving conscious sedation and patient recovery.

Alecia has also provided home health case management, coordinating multidisciplinary care and patient education. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a consistent commitment to compassionate, evidence-based practice and collaborative team leadership that enhances patient outcomes and well-being.
