• Learned how to properly create each type of sandwich based on customer request and trained new hires to understand the standardized process of making sandwiches and utilizing kitchen appliances
• Performed cash and card transactions on a daily basis and closed out the cash drawer at the end of the day
• Fulfilled online orders, averaging the delivery of 20 entrees per week
• Facilitated the opening and closing of the building, ensuring that the appropriate safety and security protocols were taken to prevent any breaches
• Displayed excellent customer service skills, confirming that each customer was satisfied with the quality of their order
• Accelerated in terms of professionalism and management, and had the opportunity to become a manager in training
