I’m a 29-year-old Virginia native with a big heart and an open mind, passionate about the exploration of knowledge and understanding the human body. For most of my life, I've been deeply involved in the service industry, where I've had the privilege of caring for and supporting others. My core fulfillment comes from helping people better themselves, forming meaningful connections, and striving for success together as a community.
I pride myself on being down to earth, compassionate, and driven by strong work ethics, especially when others depend on me. Building deep, lasting relationships is something I truly value, both in and outside of work. I’m dedicated to learning and growing in every aspect of life, and I’m eager to find a long-term career that not only aligns with my values but allows me to continuously grow, contribute, and make a positive impact.
Most of my professional experiences have been in the service industry, specifically in the food industry. Whether in management or ownership. Most recently this past year, I was a Banquet Manager for Gaylord Hotel, for a year.
Before that, I co-owned my own food establishment for almost 5 years. My other professional experiences have been with IT and most desirably Massage Therapy on the side as I follow through with my commitments. I've recently had my massage therapy license renewed this month and have kept my practice within the family after first obtaining my license in 2017.
I am now at a point in my life where I'd like to pursue it fulltime and make a growing and impactful career out of it, as that is where I've found my fulfillment. I've wanted to pursue it since; however I was presented with opportunities to be ambitious, and I took them. Now that I've completely followed through with them, I'm ready to take on my next opportunity within the Massage therapy field.
I successfully completed 600 hours of massage therapy training, including approximately 150 hours in a clinical practicum, at The Salon Professional Academy. Additionally, I passed the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx) administered by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB). I have also completed my continuing education credits required to maintain my license for the next two years.
