I am a results-driven and highly self-motivated professional with over 18 years of experience in the electrical and industrial sectors. I began my career as a commercial electrician, and advanced to running very significant projects as a superintendent, electrical foreman, and estimator for the VA Hospital. I then transitioned into the fly ash industry, rapidly rising from loader tester; by demonstrating strong leadership and technical capabilities to mechanic, and then to Site Manager.
Manager I initially oversaw the construction and development of my site. Now I lead crews, oversee site operations, and ensure ongoing equipment maintenance and safety compliance. In all my positions I have a reputation for being a go-getter who takes initiative, completes tasks to the highest standard, and isn't afraid to ask the right questions to ensure success.

I have been handed prints and been able to work, schedule, coordinate with other companies to accomplish several jobs from the beginning to end. I have worked on boiler plants, controls, elevators to an extensive degree, and med-gas controls. I was able to work in the office to do small job estimating and performed several site surveys.
I have been mostly left to manage myself, and the job given to me, and have been able to complete those jobs within the given time frames as well as fill in for Project Managers, Commissioning, and help with other active jobs on site.

I started as a loader tester. My key responsibilities were loading fly ash into semi-trucks and testing the fly ash with company specific testing to make sure it was within spec for different customers in different states. I was then given the opportunity to move into a mechanic position and be in charge of and responsible for plant equipment.
I checked hours and took care of preventive maintenance of all plant equipment. I performed loto procedures to perform minor and major repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment. I briefly traveled to different sites to help with and set up maintenance programs to ensure equipment was taken care of within manufacturer recommendations.
In 2022, a Site Manager position became available for a location that would undergo major renovations and changes to get a site running to better serve the customers. I was involved in the construction to give my insight and suggestions on making the plant the most effective. After construction I began operating the site and managing a small crew.
My duties include loading trucks as well as unloading rail cars. I take care of the majority of the pm and maintenance tasks myself ensuring proper care

As a fabricator/installer my duties were to take project prints and cut, bend, weld whatever was needed for different jobs from structural steel to custom fabrications per customer requirements. I also helped to keep the jobs organized and moving forward to hit deadlines. I also would keep inventory of consumables and track and order as needed to keep things moving in a forward direction
