I also acted as the public relations liaison between the company and various community organizations, designed and implemented innovative outreach and brand awareness campaigns, coordinated shipping operations using logistics expertise, and cultivated lasting sales partnerships and networks.
I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Western Kentucky University, and I am skilled in new business development, manufacturing process improvement, and social networking. Before joining Netceed, I was a Regional Sales Manager at Momentum Telecom. There, I used a Challenger Sale approach to manage the entire sales cycle and consistently exceeded targets—hitting 136% of my quota in 2021. One of my proudest achievements was securing Indiana Oxygen as a major client, generating one of the company’s top deals of the year. I also worked closely with customers to promote adoption of CloudVoice, broadband management, and unified communications solutions.
Earlier in my career, I served as Director of Strategic Accounts at HelloSpoke, where I built and managed a successful sales pipeline, developed strategic outreach campaigns, and streamlined contract management through tools like Salesforce and DocuSign. I’ve also had the opportunity to run a private residential landscaping business, where I managed high-end client projects with a focus on precision, communication, and customer satisfaction.
I hold a B.A. in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University and recently completed the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certification, which deepened my understanding of network security, threat response, and risk management. I’m passionate about solving problems, delivering value, and continuously learning—especially as I grow into senior leadership roles in sales and business development.
