Working with internal sources such as Quality Assurance, Product Management, and Client-Side developers to empower client direction of the company’s proprietary V3 Software. Worked in the Billing and Policy Admin teams to interface with clients and implement customer-specific changes. Committed to efficient bug testing and standardizing employee training and documentation on implementations.
- Consulted two project clients, with a combined employee base of 10,000, on the configuration and implementation of proprietary V3 software. Implemented over 100 client configurations over the course of 2 projects and delivered 5 core product improvements to the software on time.
- Designed core product functionalities for clients via Java query scripting; Spec Docs, which extensively detailed the capability of pieces of the software and broke down the logic behind the code for client ease of access; and Solution Designs, which detailed the core functionality of specific parts of the software and gave clients visibility into product designs and use cases.
- Trained ~20 multi-disciplined employees over the course of 2 years in the proprietary V3 software, managing their progress with client engagement and software capability; and created new initiatives for future onboarding of employees at the company by writing up improved documentation and videos for initial training, and communicating to current employees about improvement recommendations.
