’m well accustomed to problem solving, time management, data entry, and inventory management. I’m currently pursuing my Associate’s degree and plan to transfer for my Bachelor’s in Computer Science. I have worked in a variety of environments including sales floor, warehouse, restaurant, and call center so I’m well acquainted with changing environments and new situations. I know how to work quickly but efficiently while being trusted with more difficult tasks.

After experiencing a call center, I know how to handle difficult situations, utilize and pick up new programs quickly (such as SOE, SAP, CRM, and Salesforce), handle others' finances/ transactions, and organize all the information I’m given within a timely manner. Efficiency and time management has been a couple of the biggest things within my call center experience as well as patience, empathy, and understanding. During my time as a service advisor and customer support representative, I’ve learned to manage accounts, complete administrative and clerical work, and teach fellow employees on new systems.
