Hello, I am a classically trained chef that has been in the industry for over 12 years. I specialize in special diets (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, kosher, etc) And have a passion for sustainability.
I have worked mostly in catering, ranging from restaurants to hotels and camps. I have also helped open restaurants, developed menus and recipes, stocked kitchens, managed chefs & traveled for kitchen work. I have been with my current company for three years, starting at Sous chef then moving to executive chef, travel chef & now campus manager.
I graduated from Johnson & Wales in 2018 with a bachelors in food service management with a minor in Wellness & Sustainability.
