Whether I'm working to identify where there might be a better way to do or classify something, or helping a customer solve a frustrating problem, I focus on being thorough, patient, and easy to talk to. I pride myself on my sharp eye for inconsistencies, my ability to follow and trace back the reasoning behind strict technical guidelines, and my ability for translating confusing issues into clear, straightforward solutions.
