I’m a people‑first leader shaped by 21 years of service in the United States Air Force, where I built my career as an Arabic Linguist, instructor, and senior‑level manager. Throughout my time in uniform, I discovered that my true strength lies in developing others—cultivating talent, building healthy team cultures, and empowering individuals to grow into the best versions of themselves.
My career has been defined by leading diverse teams through complex missions, mentoring emerging intelligence professionals, and creating environments where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to excel. Whether guiding junior analysts, coaching peers, or shaping professional development programs, I’ve always been driven by the belief that strong teams are built through trust, clarity, and genuine investment in people.
Beyond my military career, I’ve grown into a passionate advocate and public speaker. Giving a voice to those who feel unheard and championing causes that matter has become a core part of who I am. I thrive in roles where I can connect with others, elevate important conversations, and help create meaningful, lasting change.
I’m now focused on bringing my leadership experience, cultural‑building mindset, and advocacy work into new spaces—continuing to serve, support, and strengthen the communities and teams I’m part of.
