Currently, I'm an Computer Technician of Cell Phone Doctor of 4 years. My duty is to ensure all store devices/ machines are up to par. My position also includes helping customer via phone, text, or email. I have gained experience at the following programs, Year Up NCR, Hope Project, University of District of Columbia Workforce program. Including recognition to the indicted with two honor societies; national Honor Society of Leadership Success and Honor Society of Leadership through University of District of Columbia Staff.
