I am 38 years old, born in Los Angeles but grew up all throughout Southern California. I began working since the age of 13 with a landscaping company and at the age of 16 due to life circumstances I dropped out of high school and began working construction hand in hand with a general contractor. I later decided to also procure my G.E.D certificate.

At the age of 18 I began my journey in the property management industry. I started as a porter and worked my way up eventually to maintenance supervisor. Recently, while I took some time off work to stay home with my daughter, I also acquired my General B license (#1129162).

I’ve had the pleasure of working with a variety of companies, locations and with many different staffs. All with different needs and styles of management. This has exposed me not only to a wide range of property infrastructures, from low income to luxury; but also has given me the ability to adapt to any environment and meet the needs required to accomplish our team’s goal.

My greatest assets are not the experience and skills that I have, but rather an innate desire to always improve and develop myself, my work ethic, the standard I set for myself and try to meet daily as a father, person, and man, and lastly the humility to ask for help and/or admit when I feel something is beyond my capabilities.
