I am a seasoned professional with over 30 years management, Construction/Program Management, DBE Program development, Federal Contracting, Municipality, and marketing on a national level for small business.

My role as an owner/ manager, I have assisted in proposal development and the building of competitive teams. My experience has allowed me to be an expert in mediating contractual and pay disputes between prime and subcontractors. I work closely in client management and relations to ensure that the quality of services meets or exceeds the client’s expectations.
