You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, providing information about our services, and accurately capturing essential details for follow-up. Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Clearly and concisely explain the types of contracting work Gather essential information from callers, such as project type, location, and contact details.
Accurately record caller information and the nature of their inquiry in our system.
Schedule initial consultations or estimate appointments for our project managers or estimators.
Provide basic information regarding our company policies and procedures.
Route calls to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor with all callers.
