Allyson Hudek

I’m a finance major with a passion for wealth management and helping clients achieve their financial goals. I have hands-on experience in financial operations, leadership roles, and client service, and I thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments. Outside of work, I’m involved in student organizations like Women in Finance and the American Marketing Association, and I volunteer regularly, which has strengthened my teamwork and communication skills.

I’m motivated, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a career where I can make a meaningful impact.

I have hands-on experience in customer service, financial operations, and office administration. As a shift lead at Biggby Coffee, I managed daily operations, handled cash deposits, trained new employees, and ensured smooth team performance. At a tax firm, I supported office operations by organizing, scanning, and maintaining client files. These roles have strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, client-focused environments.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing at the University of Cincinnati. My coursework has provided a strong foundation in financial analysis, investment strategies, and business principles. In addition, I have developed practical skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and client communication through both academic projects and extracurricular involvement.
