· Substantially improve the quality, health, safety and environment results by implementing a management system which standardizes processes.
· Implement a RO/field management project managing all well construction and production activities for the NOCin Colombia. First multi-year/Multi- million dollar type of contract inthe hemisphere.
· Install the first remote control reservoir monitoring and management system for remotely handling oil field operations using internet. 70 wells connected.
· Increase business scope of work including surface facilities for oilfields early production schemes. 72 MM$ project.
· Design and implementation of the supply chain management function.
