As an Education Specialist, I work within the classroom environment to provide direct instructional support to student on an Individualized Education Plan, collaborate with parents, administration, teachers, support staff, and service providers to create growth opportunities for students with exceptional needs. I track relevant data to support their academic growth and keep updated records to reflect this growth.

Education Specialist at Chaffey High School (2025-01 – Present)

• Collaborate with Integrated Math 1 and Integrated Math 2 teachers for in-class supports for students with an Individualized Education Plan.
• Teach IM2 to classes of up to 19 students who all have an Individualized Education Plan.
• Manage a caseload of 25 students where I write and track their progress according to their Individualized Education Plan.

Education Specialist at Henry J. Kaiser High School (2019-01 – 2025-01)

• Collaborate with Integrated Math 2 teachers for in-class supports for students with an Individualized Education Plan.
• Teach IM2 to classes of up to 20 students who all have an Individualized Education Plan.
• Manage a caseload of 30 students where I write and track their progress according to their Individualized Education Plan.
• Created and taught curriculum for the Summer Bridge Program in the content areas of Math and Social-Emotional Learning.
