Hi! I am an SLP in a school looking to put my expert communication skills to use! I have experience working with children and adults, with previous customer service experience.
I have been in my career as an SLP for two years, I have worked in customer service from serving/bartending to front office work at a physical therapy office. I am proficient in excel, outlook and gmail. I communicate regularly in person, via telephone and email with other service providers, parents, teachers and administration and I have experience diffusing and managing strong reactions and valid concerns.
I have a masters degree in Speech Language Pathology, and bachelor's in communication disorders.
