Design and facilitate interactive workshops that inspire youth to learn, grow, and build confidence through hands-on experiences. Designed for children ages 4 - 8, these 60 - 90 minute sessions encourage skill development, patience, creativity, and character growth in a supportive environment.

Youth Experience: 

• Youth Ministry Lead: Lead and facilitate youth programs that promote positivity and inclusivity. Provide mentorship and guidance, coordinate engaging events and collaborate with families to create safe and supportive environments for youth development.
• Program Director: Design and lead interactive gardening workshops that equip youth with practical plant-care skills, foster responsibility and inspire a lasting connection to nature.

• Business Consultant: Advised executive leaders on improving operational performance, resolving complex organizational challenges, and executing strategic transformation initiatives. Worked across cross-functional teams to prioritize key objectives, leverage data-driven insights, uncover inefficiencies, and deliver scalable, results-oriented solutions.
