I’m an organized, thoughtful, and highly dependable professional who thrives when I can bring structure to moving parts, anticipate what needs to happen next, and make life easier for the people around me. I’m naturally detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and particularly strong at written communication, research, organization, and learning new systems quickly.
My professional experience includes nearly nine years as a hotel night auditor, a position that required a high degree of independence, accuracy, organization, and accountability. I was responsible for overnight front-desk operations, assisting guests, processing transactions, reconciling daily financial activity, maintaining accurate records, and preparing information for the following business day. Because I worked overnight, I also needed to handle unexpected situations independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and use good judgment with limited supervision.
Earlier in my career, I worked for a funeral home as a greeter and facility attendant following visitation services. That position required professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and sensitivity when interacting with families and guests.
Although these positions were earlier in my career, the skills I developed through them remain highly relevant to administrative work. I am comfortable working independently, handling confidential or sensitive information appropriately, communicating professionally with the public, maintaining accurate records, and making sure important details are not overlooked. I am now looking to bring those strengths, along with the maturity and perspective I have developed since then.
High School Diploma, 2002
Additional coursework and independent study in data analysis, with experience developing analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
